Aikido for adults

SCHEDULE
Choose a time, place, and group that suits you. In the schedule, you can choose between beginner, general, or advanced groups. There is also the option of individual lessons. A women’s group is also available.

INSTRUCTORS

The Aidas Aikido School employs highly qualified teachers and instructors with many years of experience who are constantly improving their skills. All groups work according to a unified methodology and certification system. The instructors’ qualifications are certified by the Department of Physical Education and Sports.

WHAT DOES AIKIDO PRACTICE OFFER?

Currently, approximately 2 million people worldwide practice Aikido. There are no restrictions on age, gender, or physical fitness in this martial art. Feeling good, improving physical tone, inner peace, and self-confidence in conflict situations and everyday life are just a few of the goals we will pursue together with you.

 

HOW TO GET STARTED

If you have always wanted to try martial arts and are wondering how to get started, call or write to us and sign up for a trial session. During your first training session, you will meet the instructor, ask any questions you may have, and try out a few moves and Aikido techniques.
